Our Mission

At the National Center for Health and Wellness, our mission is to constantly evolve the way that people view healthy living and what it means to be well. We believe in the ability of each individual to improve their quality of life by listening to their heart and harnessing their inner power to make real and lasting healthy lifestyle choices. As the definition of health and wellness shifts here in the modern world, we remain committed to the steady growth of each person’s journey toward a balanced life.

Our philosophy is simple. Maintaining a balanced life involves focusing on wellness practices meant to shape the 7 different aspects that create the flow of life. Each individual has emotional, physical, spiritual, occupational, social, intellectual, and environmental needs, and understanding these needs can help those changes necessary for continued growth toward health and wellness clear. In addition to these aspects, there are certain concepts which we feel can facilitate a deeper comprehension of what is happening as we develop along the path of life. Life is change, but this does not necessarily make change easy. Our goal is to be here for those reaching toward their best life with information regarding how and why we feel the need for change, what change requires, and how to get beyond the difficulties that arise along the way so that no one must go through the process alone. Essentially, our goal is to provide resources for individuals seeking their own health and wellness goals with a concentration on balance and tapping into the flow of life.

Conventional medicine provides health information and assistance, but movements have sprung up in recent years fueled by those looking for deeper answers to wellness questions than those provided by conventional medicine. The National Center for Health and Wellness believes that each person should be given the power to decide for him or herself how to seek wellness in relation to an overall sense of self-actualization, self-esteem, and satisfaction with life. There are a host of options for personal growth and improvement that might be considered outside the scope of conventional medicine, and we believe in the idea that every individual has the right to make up his or her own mind about what it means to seek a satisfying life.

The National Center for Health and Wellness was founded by a group of individuals dedicated to expanding their own understanding of personal wellness and relating their own experience through sharing information with the general public. We are dedicated to building a community based on the desire to support health, wellness, and balance for all people and all lifestyles.
